All are welcome\, however anybody under the age of 13 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. \nUnder the instruction of Lawrence Robinson\, an 8th Degree Black Belt with decades of martial arts experience\, you’ll learn both physical strategies and mental preparedness to navigate threatening situations successfully.
