This Year, We Are Celebrating 110 years!
To make this celebration extra special, we invite you to participate in our birthday planning! We are looking for creative individuals to contribute art, vocals, favorite memories or feedback on what you love most about Arizona’s Children Association.
Design a T-Shirt Contest
Put your creative skills to the test! Submit a t-shirt design in honor of our birthday. The design must be your own original artwork – whether hand-drawn or graphic design. Children are also welcome to participate! The top 3 designs will be showcased on social media for the public to vote on their favorite design – winner will get a free shirt with their design! Shirts will be available for purchase in August, but the deadline to submit art is July 22nd. Details about the artwork can be found on the Official Rules & Release Form. For additional information, please contact Caroline Sanford at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Help Us Remake AzCA’s Song!
While going through our archives we found a song written for AzCA’s original children’s home in Tucson. The words of the song were written by Rev. J.B. Brown prior to 1917 to the tune of “Marching Through Georgia.” If you, or someone you know, loves to sing, we want to hear from you! Kids are also able to participate – even if it’s just a few lines! Help us remake this AzCA-classic in celebration of our birthday!
Share Your Memories
We want to hear from you! Are you connected with AzCA’s original Home in Tucson? Maybe you know someone who was? What is your favorite story or memory of Arizona’s Children Association, and/or why do you support us? Share your feedback with us and you just might be featured during our celebration this September! Write to us or send us a brief 15-30 second video clip. You can submit your stories to Caroline Sanford at email@example.com and attach both your statement and a release form.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you! More details about our birthday will be coming soon!
