Tracy Thurston serves as Arizona’s Children Association’s President & CEO. Tracy joined the AzCA team in 2021 where she led the behavioral health services program for two years for children and families across Arizona before being named Chief Program Officer and SVP overseeing both Behavioral Health and Child Welfare. In that role, Tracy was responsible for fiscal management, strategic planning, programmatic outcomes, policies and procedures, personnel planning and development, and community and stakeholder relations. She has spent over 20 years in the non-profit sector. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master of Counseling from Arizona State University.
