GCU Esports Presents: Gaming for Arizona’s Children

Calling all gamers! Join us for GCU Esports Day at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals — a two-day Super Smash Bros. charity tournament bringing Arizona’s gaming community together for a great cause. This special event offers everyone the chance to compete in a Super Smash Bros. tournament hosted by GCU Esports, with the top 16 finalists advancing to play live at State Farm Stadium before the Cardinals take on the San Francisco 49ers.

📍 Grand Canyon University (Building 57, 2nd Floor) 🕛 Doors open: 12 PM 🕧 Tournament begins: 12:30 PM 🏁 Tournament ends: 8 PM
🏈 Sunday, November 16
📍 State Farm Stadium, Glendale, AZ 🕘 Doors open: 9 AM 🕤 Final bracket begins: 9:15 AM 🏁 Tournament ends: 11 AM 🎟️ Cardinals vs. 49ers kickoff: 2:05 PM
Each tournament participant will receive:
- A ticket to the Cardinals vs. 49ers game on Sunday, Nov. 16
- An exclusive postgame photo opportunity on the Cardinals’ field
- A chance to win a custom tournament trophy
- The opportunity to support local children — with $20 from every ticket going directly to @Arizona’s Children Association to benefit foster youth and families across Arizona.
No need to be a GCU student or alum — everyone is welcome to compete, attend, and be part of this unforgettable gaming and game day experience.
Steps to Purchase
- Choose your preferred seating section for the Cardinals game.
- Complete our quick and easy purchase process.
- Tickets will be delivered instantly to your SeatGeek account via the email used at checkout.
If you do not yet have a SeatGeek account, one will be automatically created for you.
